VasoCARE manufactures and distributes the Legacy® IPC, a lightweight (70 grams), wearable, silent intermittent pneumatic compression device designed for hospital-based DVT prophylaxis and prevention of hospital-acquired complications. The reusable Legacy® IPC system improves patient compliance above 80% and reduces DVT by over 60%, compared to traditional sequential compression devices (SCDs) which achieve only 48% compliance and 50% DVT reduction. The integrated Legacy APP monitoring station enables real-time clinical oversight of device performance and patient compliance without requiring sleeve removal and reapplication, freeing nursing staff for direct patient care. Clinical evidence demonstrates significant cost savings—approximately $130,000 annually per 1,000 hospital admissions—through prevention of hospital-acquired DVT, ventilator-associated pneumonia, and pressure injuries. VasoCARE also distributes Bio Compression's pneumatic compression therapy devices for outpatient management of edema, lymphedema, and venous stasis ulcers, and provides VeinOPlus® Vascular, a neuromuscular electrical stimulation device that enhances venous and arterial circulation for diabetic foot and venous ulcer prevention.
