Neuralytix develops proprietary mechanomyography (MMG) technology for intraoperative nerve assessment during spinal surgery. The FDA-cleared iD3 System provides surgeons with real-time, objective measurements of nerve function through non-invasive accelerometer sensors, replacing subjective tactile feedback and invasive EMG. The system assists in nerve locating, mapping, and decompression assessment across minimally invasive and open spinal procedures, including fusion, discectomy, laminectomy, and foraminotomy.
