Is it free for buyers?+
Yes. Submitting an RFP is free. Vendors are billed a small one-off fee per RFP they respond to (scaled by your stated value bracket).
How do I get verified as a buyer?+
After signing in, you fill a short form (organisation, role, state). Most accounts using a corporate email auto-verify in seconds. Free-email accounts (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) get reviewed by our team within one business day.
What if vendors do not respond by the deadline?+
You can close the RFP without award. All vendors who did respond are notified. You can also start a new RFP with different invitees.
Can vendors see each other's prices?+
No. Vendors only see your brief and their own response. They never see what other invitees quoted.
How long do RFPs run?+
You set the deadline, capped at 14 days from publish. After the deadline you have 7 days to award; after that the RFP auto-expires.
