OPOS1

OPOS1 is a wearable remote patient monitoring system designed for orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) providers to measure clinical outcomes and improve quality of care. The integrated platform consists of a lightweight, low-profile wearable sensor that mounts directly to prostheses and orthoses, a mobile app for wireless data recording and visualization, and a cloud-based platform for provider access to aggregated patient utilization data. By capturing objective wear-time and real-world activity data, OPOS1 enables clinicians to combine sensor insights with provider observations and patient self-reporting to enhance treatment adherence, functional outcomes, and healthcare cost management. The system serves orthopedics, podiatry, O&P clinics, and rehabilitation practices, with validated applications in clinical research and NIH studies.
