Randmark Dental Products manufactures NiteBite®, an FDA-cleared prescription dental device designed to treat bruxism (nighttime teeth clenching and grinding) and associated jaw, head, and neck pain. NiteBite utilizes proprioceptive sensing technology to trigger the natural jaw opening reflex, allowing mandibular muscles to relax to their physiologic rest position. Unlike traditional bite guards that intrude into the freeway space, NiteBite's ultra-thin design (less than 2mm) permits natural jaw positioning without restricting centric relation. The device is custom-fitted chairside in approximately 5 minutes, making it convenient for dental practitioners to dispense directly to patients. Clinical applications include relief from TMJ-related tension, bruxism-induced pain, and sleep disturbances caused by parafunctional jaw activity.
